It seems that the housing inventory is currently low across the country, with only about a two month’s supply of homes available for sale. Although the residential real estate market has been in favor of sellers since 2012, it has still been a good time to buy during that period and even now. The current low inventory of move-in ready homes gives sellers an advantage in receiving multiple offers from motivated buyers.
