Bottom of the Market April 2023, Already Starting to Rebound

With everything going on in the real estate market we have hit a market bottom. Did you miss it?

Year over year results are in. According to the latest S&P Case Shiller Index (considered to be one of the most accurate), home prices experienced a year-over-year decline of 1.2% in April.  This is the first annual decrease since 2012.

The biggest loss was Seattle, Washington with a -12.2% year over year. Los Angeles had a -3.2% year over year with a March/April 2023 increase of 1.7%.
